Your personal data will be processed by us for the purposes of member administration, support and information. With your accession, a contractual relationship with the Austrian Society for Tumor Orthopaedics arises, which is also the legal basis for data processing.
Data transfers only take place within our organisations as well as to processors (such as printers, shipping agencies). No data will be transmitted to a third country or an international organization.
Your data will be processed as long as your membership is maintained or as long as entitlements from the membership can still exist and unless longer retention periods are required by law. There is no automated decision-making, profiling or anything like that.
You have the right to information, rectification or deletion, as well as a right to restriction of processing, to opposition and to data portability.
In the event of an accepted discrepancy in the protection of your personal data, you have the right to complain to the Austrian Data Protection Authority (www.dsb.gv.at).
